Elle's class is fun & different from any yoga or stretching session. With foam rolling, we'll work on all those tight spots from Zwifting too much or not having seen our osteopath enough!

Don't have a foam roller? Not a problem, you can use a tennis or stress ball instead!

With a cross between stretching and a massage, it's time to pamper ourselves a little, especially in these times when social distancing, quarantine, lock-down are becoming our new 'norm'.
Our muscles will thank us for this!
